Core Elements Pilates Barre

"I am from out of town and have used this studio two years in a row while traveling. We typically go to Ocean City to spend Thanksgiving with family. Last year I found Core Elements and decided to give them a try. Loved it and came back this year! I look forward to coming back the next time I am in town. We stay in North OC and it’s less than a 20 minute drive (in the off season). The reformer classes are such a good workout and they offer modifications for easier or harder variations. I belong to a larger chain studio back home and really enjoy the boutique feeling of this privately owned studio. The core moves/principals are the same, but the flow and variety are slightly different. Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and the other students are lovely as well. Definitely don’t be afraid to do a drop in class if you are traveling!"

"I’m so glad I found this studio. The vibe in the studio itself is fun and welcoming. The instructors are top notch - in fact some of the best instructors I’ve had during my 6 year Pilates journey. Each class is unique and challenging. I find myself learning something new each class while having a lot of fun. I love the positive energy here . My time in the studio has been a highlight of my Summer and I’ll be back every year."

"Core Elements has been such a positive addition to my workout routine. I have chronic back pain and the reformer classes really help my alignment. The studio is extremely welcoming and not intimidating. All of the instructors have months of training and certifications and are there to help you. I recently moved from Baltimore to Ocean city and once I found core elements it finally made me feel at home. Thanks Jess for building such a great studio!"
